I help leaders and teams move forward with clarity, confidence, and direction. Based in Oxfordshire and working with leaders worldwide, I bring over 25 years of experience supporting people in high-performance environments through the challenges that matter most to them.
I partner with each leader or team to understand what is happening within themselves and in the dynamics around them. Through that thought-provoking process, they gain insight, make sense of what is complex, and move forward with focus and a clearer sense of purpose.
My work draws on extensive organisational and life experience, alongside professional development and supervision.
